  1. How to contact Support Centre?

    I. For registered and logged in users.

    This video guide shows how to contact VictoriyaClub Support Centre if you are a registered user and logged in:

     

    If you are a registered user please make the following steps:

    1. Log in to the website.
    2. Press ‘Support’ in the main menu on the top of the page.
    3. Press ‘New ticket’ button.
    4. Name your issue in the ‘Subject’ field.
    5. Describe your issue and give us as much details as possible in the ‘Message’ field.
    6. Attach a file if necessary by pressing ‘Attach file’ button.
    7. Press ‘Send’ button to send the message.
    After sending your ticket on the Support page you can reply to Support Centre or add some extra information to your existing ticket.

     

    II. For not registered or not logged in users.

    This video guide shows how to contact VictoriyaClub Support Centre if you are not a registered user or logged in:

     

     

    If you are not a registered user or not logged in, send email to support@victoriyaclub.com, giving us as much details of your issue as possible.

     

  2. I can not buy credits. What should I do?

    Important note: If your payment was declined, do not try to excessively make a purchase (for example getting declined and trying again multiple times). This would reduce instances of being blocked for velocity reasons. 

     

    I. If your payment was declined, first of all, please make the following steps:

    1. Check your balance and make sure you have enough funds in your bank account.
    2. Check your Internet banking limit for your card or account (daily and monthly).
    3. Сontact your bank to ensure that payment can be processed through the payment provider you have chosen (SecurionPay, Segpay or Multicards).

    Also make sure that:

    • You have input your full first and last names (no initial letters)
    • Your first and last names are input starting from capital letters
    • There are no misprints in data provided
    • You have input your valid email address

    If everything is alright, try to make a payment again.

    II. In case it is declined again make the following steps:

    1. ​Contact the payment service provider you have used:

    2. Try to use another payment provider (SecurionPay, SegPay/SegPay Direct Debit or Multicards).​

    3. Try to use another credit/debit card (for SecurionPay, SegPay or Multicards) or bank account (for SegPay Direct Debit).

    4. Make a screenshot of the error occurred during payment and contact your bank to clarify a possible reason.

    If the problem still left after the above steps, contact our Support Centre providing the following information:

    1. Your ID on VictoriyaClub (if you send a ticket by email).

    2. Payment system you have used (and information if you have tried another one).

    3. Date and time of the transaction.

    4. Screenshot of the error if possible.

    After receiving such information from your side we will check the data of the transaction available for our side and inform you about future actions.

     
  3. I can not log in to the website. What should I do?

    If you can not log in to VictoriyaClub make the following steps :

    1. Make sure you have switched to Log in tab instead of Sign Up.

    2. If it still does not work, try to reset your password. To do so press Forgot your password? on Sign in screen and enter your registration email. After that you will receive a message with a link for resetting your password.

    3. Also our Support Team can reset a password for you. Send us a request to reset your password, mentioning your registration email, to support@victoriyaclub.com and we will do that for you. When your request is processed, you will receive an email with a link for resetting your password.

    4. If you still have difficulties please contact our Support Centre.

  4. I forgot my password. What should I do?

    This video guide shows what to do in case you forgot your password on VictoriyaClub:

    In case you forgot your password, you can easily reset it. To do so, please make the following steps:
    1. Open https://victoriyaclub.com/ and switch to “Log In” tab.
    ​2. Press “Forgot password?”

         

    3. In a window appeared enter the email address which you used during registration on VictoriyaClub and press “Send” button.

         

    After that you will receive an email from VictoriyaClub with a subject “Change Password Confirmation on victoriyaclub.com” (in case you did not receive the mentioned email, please make sure you have checked a spam folder as well).

    4. Open the message and press the following link:

         

    5. In a window appeared:

    • Enter your new password.
    • Confirm your new password.
    • Press “Change password” button.

    ​Hide/unhide your password symbols if necessary. 

         

    6. If everything was correct the following window will appear. Press “OK” button or just close the window.

         

    7. After that you will receive a notification to your email with your new password (please make sure your password is securely saved).

         

  5. How to change my password?

    This video guide shows how to change my password on VictoriyaClub:

    1. Click on your profile tab in the bottom bar menu.

         

    2. Click on “Change password”.

         

    3. In the window appeared:

    • Input your current password
    • Input your new password
    • Confirm your new password

    ​Hide/unhide your password symbols if necessary. 
    Press  “Save” button.
    Note: Only Latin symbols are supported.

         

    4. If everything was correct the following window will appear. Press “OK” button or just close the window.

         

  6. How to log out from my profile?

    To log out from your profile:

    1. Click on your profile tab in the bottom bar menu.

         

    2. Click on “Exit” in the appeared menu.

         

  7. How to get the contact information of a lady?

    To buy contact information you need to have a 299 credit balance and 100% progress of communication.

    The procedure of getting a lady's contact information is as follows:

    1. To get the girl's contact information you have to communicate with the girl first, prove your intentions and get to know each other better. That is also for your safety. You can understand, if you like this girl or not. According to our estimates, you need at least two weeks of communication. We display the progress of your communication, so you could know how close you are.

    2. When you reach 100% progress of communication, you will be able to press "Buy contacts" on the girl's profile page and then "Ok". The price for buying contacts is 299 credits, so you need to have enough credits on your balance when buying contacts.

    3. If the lady confirms your request, 299 credits are charged from your balance and her contact information will be available for you. Your request will be processed within 5 days.

  8. How chats are charged?

    Our chats timer works as follows:
    1. If you initiate a conversation with a lady and send her a message, 1 credit is deducted for the 1st minute of the chat. If within this 1st minute the lady does not reply to your message in this chat, then the chat is automatically paused and no more credits are deducted.
    2. If a chat’s started, there was a conversation, and later there was no activity during 3 minutes, the chat is automatically paused and no more credits are deducted for this chat. Currently there is no option to vary the inactivity timer clock to customer preference but we will consider this option for our future features development.
    Also you always have an option to stop any chat you want at any moment just by pressing 'Finish Chat' button.​

          

     

  9. How can I see my messages history?

    To see your messages history you should press 'Messages' button in the right top corner on your page (please see a screenshot below). On the Messages page you can switch between two options: 'Show absolutely all messages' and 'Show only dialogs with me'.

          

  10. How can I delete my messages?

    ​There are two types of messages: 1) your dialogs and 2) messages sent to you, to which you did not reply, and ways of deleting differs depending on the type. ​

    I. How to delete my dialogs?

    In your dialogs you can delete messages from ladies to you. There is no option to delete your messages in dialogs since this is a charged service and such messages are kept for records.

    To delete messages from ladies in your dialogs make the following steps:

    1. Press ‘Messages’ button in the top right corner to go to your messages screen.

         

    2. On your messages screen switch to ‘Show only dialogs with me’.

         

    3. Open the desired dialog and press ‘[delete this message]’ under a message from a lady you want to delete.

    4. On a pop up window appeared ‘Delete this message’ press ‘OK’.

         

    II. How can I delete messages send to me?

    If you want to delete messages sent to you (if there are no your replies) please make the following steps:

    1. Press ‘Messages’ button in the top right corner to go to your messages screen.

         

    2. Make sure it is switched to ‘Show absolutely all messages’.

         

    3. Press [delete this dialog] on the dialog you want to delete.

    4. On a pop up window appeared ‘Delete the subject and all messages in it?’ press ‘OK’.

         

  11. How to disable sound notifications?

    You can always turn off sound notifications if it disctracts you. There are two options to do this:

    1. In the top right corner of the chat window set "Sound in chat" to OFF.

          

    2. Mute sound in the bottom right corner on the main page (please see screenshots).
